STRADIVARIfestival debut for Antje Weithaas, a German violinist of solid training, who will perform one of the classics of the repertoire, Haydn's Violin Concerto in A major, a work of Apollonian beauty, with the Camerata Bern, one of Europe's most renowned chamber ensembles. A formation that will also be able to fully appreciate the balance and roundness of its strings in Anton Dvorak's celebrated Serenade and Béla Bartok's peppery Romanian Dances.
