In Cremona, Crema, Casalmaggiore churches

The route through the beautiful churches of Cremona and its territory (Santa Croce in
Crema and San Lorenzo in Fossacaprara), is a journey into the great beauty of the city. In these sacred places ancient artists and "modern" painters have taken turns
in representing the splendid world of music and its evolution through the centuries.

The map guides tourists to discover these masterpieces of art, church by
church, developing a narrative that gains momentum precisely with the birth of the
Cremonese violin making and then concludes with Stradivari's masterpieces. To encourage the curiosity of those who come to visit Cremona, combining painting with the art of sounds, we offer a quick gallery of what instruments are represented.

It will then be enjoyable exercise for the reader to discover the other "three hundred" that form the greatest painted "concert" over the centuries.
